The 21-second trailer video doesn’t give out much. We see a guy seemingly in a life crisis. Standing on the rooftop (possibly with suicidal thoughts), pacing around the room in his robes and smashing a drinking glass at a wall are the only scenes we get to see from the teaser clip. But that is enough for us to predict that the music video will be related to the content of the song–which is about alcohol abuse?

The “Bloodstream” music video has been done to be premiered at the YouTube Music Awards 2015. Earlier they released a list of 50 artists who will be honored at the #YTMA 2015 and they also announced that each will be premiering brand new music videos for the ceremony. So this is Ed’s contribution towards it, and a major one at that.

The music video will be premiered at the award show happening on March 23, 2015. So stay tuned in for another masterpiece by Ed Sheeran.
