The cover version is powerful, the video is enchanting and the scenes are picturesque. Obviously, Zayn and Zhavia Ward could not find themselves a magic carpet to carry them around the lit streets of New York. But they did find the next best alternative-roof tops.
Zhavia Ward took to Twitter to express her gratitude and honor for the opportunity to cover this “incredible song.” The 18-year-old California based Zhavia Ward looks and sounds particularly impressive on this cover.
The soundtrack for “Aladdin’ is expected to have many more amazing recreations of original hits such as “Arabian Nights,” “Prince Ali,” “Friend Like Me” and more.
