Cardi B seems to be blazing in a hot streak with singles, as her third single ever seems to be very promising. The new single “Be Careful” comes after Cardi’s global breakout singles “Bodak Yellow” and “Bartier Cardi.” This third single is part of her upcoming debut album ‘Invasion Of Privacy,’ expected in early April, 2018.
“Be Careful” is different to he previous two singles in the sense that the meaning of the song is apparent from the lyrics. The single fires warning shots at her fiancé about being involved in cheating scandals. Could be a real-life warning to her real-life fiance Offset, who was accused of cheating back in 2017.
The lyrics to the song has been composed by Lauren Hill and Cardi B herself.

The entire song is a warning to Cardi B’s boyfriend/fiancé to be careful of what he does with her in the picture. She explicitly says that she wants to get married and his cheating habits are in the way. Even though Cardi B comes from a club-dancing background, she is not a cheater. Hence, if she can pull it off, so could her fiancé.

Not one, but several cheating rumors have spread surrounding Offset in 2017 and this has almost halted the wedding plans between them. However, they have not officially broken up yet. This song could be a way of taking her frustration out on Offset.
