“Confetti” Lyrics Meaning and Song Review

The entire song is a dedication to life and enjoying it while you can. The song also delivers a message on loving yourself before anyone else, which helps in enjoying life despite all the negativity around you. If you put your happiness in someone else’s hands, it is most likely going to disappoint you at some point. Learning to love yourself, good friends, and good company is all you need for good relationships.

Throughout the song, there are lyrics that suggest the girls were in the wrong relationships in the past and they rested their happiness on these people. However, once they learned to love themselves, they realized how happier they were.

Until you find yourself and learn to love yourself, it will be a struggle to find true happiness and freedom. But in the end, the journey will be worth it.

Little Mix also pays tribute to the classic song “All Eyes on Me” by the late Tupac Shakur. This song is also the title track of Tupac’s 1996 album of the same name.
