Mathew van Vooght maybe a pretty unfamiliar name to many of you in the center of the music hub, but he is closing in on the dead center real fast. Going by his stage name Mathew V, he has released his latest single “I’m a Bitch”, and he is “hoping to to take aim at stereotypes with this feminist-inspired, soul-infused pop song.”
“I’m a Bitch” is simply delightful. The lyrics have been written by Mathew V himself and the music video has been his own thinking too. This alone tells us how talented he is as a musician and his grasp of the concept of RnB. Although more of a Soul/Pop smash, “I’m a Bitch” is a song that can be enjoyed by anyone.
