Jennifer Lopez, Selena Gomez, Jason Derulo and more Join “Hands” for Orlando Shooting (Lyrics Review)

One month has passed away since that tragic incident of shooting at a nightclub for homosexual men in Florida, Orlando. An American has been held responsible for the massacre and the 49 lives lost will not be justified by any reactive act anyone takes. However, those lives can be immortalized with a tribute in music. And “Hands” has been done just for that.

The song was promoted around social media with the hashtag #ForThe49 in remembrance of the 49 people who lost their lives in the massacre.

16 mainstream artists got together to collaborate on this single and it has a beautiful lyric video as well. Watch the video below.

Mary J. Blige comes out of hibernation for “Hands” single joined by Jennifer Lopez, Selena Gomez, Jason Derulo, Britney Spears, Halsey, Imagine Dragons, Gewn Stefani, Meghan Trainor, Troye Siva, P!nk, Kacey Musgraves, Adam Lambert, RuPaul, Nate Reuss and Juanes make this the most epic collaboration of 2016, and a right tribute to the lives lost.

The track has been produced by Mark Ronson.

The single is available on iTunes and all sales proceeds will go to the victims of the shooting at Pulse Nightclub, Orlando, the GLBT Community Center of Central Florida and GLAAD.
