It doesn’t look like Mr. Grinch is getting a break even in the Christmas season for 2018. In the latest edition Christmas albums by Lindsey Stirling, we have a direct blame on Mr. Grinch for stealing the Christmas that one-time several years ago-in fact several decades ago. The new spin on “You’re A Mean One, Mr. Grinch” includes vocals by Sabrina Carpenter and a sweet violin melody by Lindsey Stirling.

“You’re A Mean One, Mr. Grinch” first appeared in ‘How the Grinch Stole Christmas’ animated special in 1966. The lyrics were written by Theodor “Dr. Seuss” Geisel, the music was composed by Albert Hague, and the song was performed by Thurl Ravenscroft.

The song speaks about how bad-mannered, foul-mouthed and sinister Mr. Grinch puts down the spirit of Christmas. He has not been having the best of 50 years since.

The new cover appears in Lindsey Stirling’s holiday album for 2017 titled ‘Warmer in the Winter.’ This album also contains some classic covers such as “Silent Night,” “Jingle Bell Rock,” “All I Want for Christmas” and “Let It Snow.”

The lyrics are downright cruel to the poor Mr. Grinch;

You’re as cuddly as a cactus
You’re as charming as an eel
Mr. Grinch
You’re a bad banana with a greasy black peel
You’re a monster, Mr. Grinch
Your heart’s an empty hole
Your brain is full of spiders

However, this ecstatic performance by Sabrina Carpenter and Lindsey Stirling, dressed in classical theatric costumes, is really uplifting. They both look stunning and look up to the part.

Lindsey Stirling has gained the limelight with her singles such as “Roundtable Rival,” “Shadows” and “Crystallize” all which includes an exquisite display of Lindsey’s violin skills.

Sabrina Carpenter released her latest music video “Sue Me” yesterday from her 2018 album.
