The biggest stage of musical awards unfolded last night and some of the biggest acts of 2018 won big at the coveted awards ceremony. Alicia Keys hosted the event which kicked off with an opening act including Michelle Obama, Lady Gaga and the host herself. This momentum continued throughout the ceremony with some magnificent live performances and award wins.

Childish Gambino managed to win big at 61st Grammy Awards for his massive sensation “This Is America,” which went viral for its subdued social message. The song managed to grab ‘Song of the Year,’ ‘Record of the Year’ and ‘Best Rap/Sung Performance’ award categories.

The coveted ‘Album of the Year’ award was won by Kacey Musgraves for her fourth studio album ‘Golden Hour’ which ranked #1 in US charts. Dua Lipa managed to grab ‘Best New Artist’ and ‘Best Dance Recording’ for “Electricity.” Cardi B managed to bag ‘Best Rap Album’ award for ‘Invasion of Privacy’ at Grammy Awards 2019.
