Releasing the video, Billie Eilish spoke, bathed in a hot red light; “hey guys, it’s Billie Eilish. I’m going on tour again, and I don’t want any of you guys to get scammed.” She then continued to instruct on how to purchase tickets for the upcoming tour as a verified fan.
