Watch Billie Eilish Bring Horror to Jimmy Kimmel Live with “bury a friend” Performance

Billie Eilish just released her debut studio album ‘WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?’ and by the looks of it, the album is headed for a massive debut on charts. It would come as little surprise if the album lands at #1 on Billboard 200 chart starting Monday April 4th. One of the early releases from this album is “bury a friend.”

The 17-year-old Billie Eilish appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live for an impressive theatrical performance of “bury a friend” live. Billie assumed her usual ‘creepy’ persona for this performance but had a very creative stage setting to enhance the horror effect.

At one point up goes a white blanket as a curtain behind Billie on the stage. This covers FINNEAS who is providing live music in the background–but his shadow is visible. Towards the latter part of the act, there appears a monster behind the curtain. The monster looks a lot like the Scarecrow from the movies. And the crowds gasp!

Despite the horror-fic performance, Billie manages to keep the audience entertained and engaged. She allowed fans to sing different harmonizations and they were on it.

There is a white bed on stage to reminesce the album cover art which contains a deranged Billie on a psych-ward bed.

Billie Eilish also does an impressive bend-backwards move (shown in the thumbnail of the video). She executes this perfectly in her newest music video for “bad guy.”
