This emotional song about moving on with life has received many appraisals and will be the first song off of her upcoming studio album.
There have been many covers of “thank u, next” sprung up since the release of the single only a few weeks after the breakup with her ex-fiance, Pete Davidson. The British Pop Rock band-The 1975 hit the studio at BBC Radio 1 to perform several of their songs and this special tribute to Ariana Grande. The band delivered a soulful rendition of the breakup track complete with a choir group.
Likely, we will see a few more live performances by The 1975 at this live recording. The band released a music video for “Sincerity is Scary” track from the album ‘A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships.’
