Imagine Dragons Perform “Natural,” “Believer” and “Thunder” at College Football Halftime Show (Watch)

The American alternate rock band-Imagine Dragons were assigned the duty of keeping the mass of attendees at the 2019 College Football National Championship entertained during the halftime. And it would not be an exaggeration to say that the band delivered a high-octane performance that kept the crowd pumped up for the second half of the game.

Imagine Dragons assumed their natural hard-hitting Rock persona for the 2019 College Football National Championship Halftime Show as they performed two of their 2017 hits and one more recent hit. Imagine Dragons turned to their 2017 album ‘Evolve’ to perform “Thunder” and “Believer.” The band also performed their more recent hit “Natural” from their 2018 album ‘Origins.’

A major twist on the “Believer” performance was when Lil Wayne joined in halfway through the performance to add his own rap verse into the Rock track. The crowd seemed pleased with this surprise. The band later released this remix as a single.

Imagine Dragons’ lead vocalist-Dan Reynolds delivered a high-energy performance that kept the crowd cheering and singing along to every verse of each song.

Lil Wayne’s verses during the College Football halftime show were an added bonus to the already-axhilerating performance. Lil Wayne dropped bars along a similar theme of “Believer” original track, which talks about never giving up.

College Football National Championship Halftime Show is something of a new year spectacle of live music of recent. The 2018 halftime was lit up by Kendrick Lamar with performances of “D.N.A,” “Element,” “HUMBLE.” and “All The Stars.”

The annual CFB National Championship is attended by an average of 74,000 fans from all over the country.
