Watch Billie Eilish Sing “bury a friend” Live with FINNEAS on Acoustic Guitar

If you ever had a doubt about the vocal skills of the newcomer Billie Eilish, here is a video to clear your doubts. 3FM invited the 17-year-old Billie Eilish to perform one of her latest hits “bury a friend” live with his brother Finneas, and boy, did she nail it.

“bury a friend” is the first single appearing in Billie Eilish’s upcoming debut studio album ‘When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?‘ to be released towards the end of March 2019. Her brother, Finneas, is her usual partner in crime in the industry. He is a talented musician and a producer and a lyricist. Almost all of Billie’s hits have been composed by Finneas. Hence, it was good to have him on the stage as well.

The 3FM Exclusive feature had Billie Eilish performing her hit single in a underground setting. The darkened room reminds of the bunkers where underground rap battles are held. However, Billie was accompanied by Finneas, playing his acoustic guitar as the sole source of music for this live performance.

Billie Eilish did not disappoint. She sat down on a high stool, and performed her song, with a high level of interaction with the audience. 80 selected, lucky fans got to witness this performance live. She often let the fans sing the lyrics for her, which was a surreal experience. Billie smiled, laughed, as one of her rings fell off, she sang and danced while seated as she sailed through the lyrics of “bury a friend.” Finneas also performed backup vocals as he serenaded us with the acoustic guitar.
