Taylor Swift appeared on the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge after a three-year hiatus to perform some of her biggest hits from past and present.
For her 2019 appearance on September 3rd, Taylor Swift performed a collection of songs such as “Lover,” “The Archer,” “London Boy” and “You Need to Calm Down” from her ‘Lover‘ album. But she also did a major throwback performance into her massively acclaimed ‘Red’ album era with “Holy Ground” song.
Each artist appearing on BBC Live Lounge is invited to perform a cover of a classic track of an artist they love and adore. Last time Taylor Swift was on BBC Live Lounge, she performed an acoustic cover of “Riptide” by Vance Joy. This time around, she paid tribute to Phil Collins by covering his hit track “Can’t Stop Loving You.”
