Releasing the song, Demi commented “An anthem for anyone who’s ever been hated on and risen above it and come out from the other side like a f**king savage…” The song speaks about being empowered and not taking any unnecessary hate and blame from anyone. For the music video of “Sorry Not Sorry,” the director has put together several footage from an actual house party Demi Lovato threw back in June, 2017. It’s a pretty wild party to say the least.
The music video also shows Demi Lovato dressed in a plunging one-piece bikini and getting raunchy-in a hot as well. The video also contains cameos by Whiz Khalifa, Paris Hilton and Jamie Foxx.
