Watch 6ix9ine Try and Fail to Diss Eminem on “Lose Yourself” Beat

It is unclear if this half-baked was supposed to be released on the Internet in the first place, as it is incomplete. Tekashi 6ix9ine tries to come up with bars to take a fling at Eminem on Eminem’s own Oscar-winning track “Lose Yourself.” But, in this video, Tekashi fails to complete his verses, in fact, he barely makes it past the first verse.

It is unclear if 6ix9ine is working on a full-length diss on Eminem on the “Lose Yourself” beat. Looking at this sample, we can safely say that Eminem would not spend time replying to 6ix9ine. Eminem might have to reply to Machine Gun Kelly’s “Rap Devil” though.

Everybody Dissing on Eminem?

The whole streak of disses against Rap God started when Em released his brand new album ‘Kamikaze,’ which had a lot of industry names mentioned for not the most pleasant of reasons. A whole class of ‘mumble rappers’ got called out in songs like “The Ringer” and “Kamikaze.” MGK gets called out in the song “Not Alike,” and in retaliation, MGK released a ‘solid’ comeback on “Rap Devil.”

Tekashi 6ix9ine, Lil Pump, Lil Xan, Lil Uzi Vert, Desiigner are some of the artists whom could be classified as ‘mumble rappers.’ Among them, 6ix9ine is the only one who has shown some sign of retaliation. Both Lil Pump and Lil Xan accepted the diss from Eminem with a heart emojis.

Watch 6ix9ine Fail on “Lose Yourself” Beat

It is unclear if this video is meant as a joke or if this is a work in progress. The lines spit by 6ix9ine are quite bad.

“You thought right when you ain’t diss me. I’m a lyrical legend, I know they miss me,” starts 6ix9ine and those are the only ‘legendary’ lyrics he produces on this alleged diss track.

4 lines down the diss, 6ix9ine runs out of beat and stutters in reading the lyrics off of the notebook in hand. The total of his vocals lasts for a mere 20 seconds. Tekashi 6ix9ine gained much media attention with his recent singles “FEFE” and “BEBE.”

Lose Yourself” is the epitome of musical works by Eminem all throughout his career. This song from the soundtrack for ‘8 Mile‘ movie, won the Oscar award for ‘Best Original Song,’ Grammy awards for ‘Best Male Rap Solo’ and ‘Best Rap Song.’

Dissing Eminem on such an accomplished song would be downright dirty attack and quite insulting. Is this what 6ix9ine is aiming for? If so, he better watch out for the consequences, much like Bizarre reminded MGK about his diss.

Whatever the speculations are, we will have to let time riddle what Tekashi 6ix9ine is attempting to do with this weak diss attack on Eminem. If you have a guess, do let us know in the comments below.
