Spanish seems to be the new cool in Pop industry. The new song “Taki Taki” by DJ Snake featuring Ozuna, Cardi B and Selena Gomez has Spanish and English lyrics in unison to make the next biggest hit.
“Taki Taki” is a reggaeton-club genre as per DJ Snake. However, this reggaeton fuses with Spanish influence and a bit of electronic music to arrive at a whole new branch of music genres.
In a now-deleted Tweet, it was revealed that Selena Gomez spilt the beans on an upcoming music video for the song. That is going to be one hell of a dance track.
DJ Snake teased this song back in August with a picture of director stools named for Cardi B, Selena Gomez, Ozuna, Cardi B’s daughter Kulture and DJ Snake himself. We have a pretty solid guess that Kulture is going to be in the music video.

The song speaks about love and how dance can influence relationships. Cardi B’s verse is about teasing her partner and asserting her dominance as “boss b*tch” in the industry. Selena Gomez’s lyrics speak about the feeling of ‘taki taki.’ However, there is no official meaning for the song title in Spanish or English. It is used just for better appeal.
Let us know what you think about this brand new collaboration and what do you hope for the upcoming music video.
