Being a celebrity cannot be easy. There are so many people waiting to ponder on the slightest mistake you do and take you down like a lion hunting deer in the wild. So being a celebrity, they have to tread very carefully, dress very carefully, talk very carefully and behave very carefully, if they wish to stay out of ugly feuds. Sometimes even those precautions are not enough. When someone gets as big as Taylor Swift is, rumors, accusations, hate, jealousy and all those ugly things are pretty much inevitable.
Joni Mitchell Blocking Off Taylor Swift
Joni Mitchell is a canadian singer/songwriter and sometime back they were going to make a biopic of her. And for the lead role Taylor Swift was picked by the producers. Joni Mitchell was not happy with this choice and came out about it in the ugliest way possible.
“I squelched that!” she said. “I said to the producer, ‘All you’ve got is a girl with high cheekbones’. It’s just a lot of gossip, you don’t have the great scenes.”
For a renowned celebrity as Joni Mitchell to say something like this is very low of her. It speaks about her more than Taylor Swift. It was just pure shamming for no apparent reason other than jealousy. Shame on her… Joni Mitchell is considered a legend in her peer groups, and that does not give her any right to slam on anybody like that.
Taylor Swift Feuds with Katy Perry
Taylor Swift released a new song in her “1989” album about Katy Perry. It does not say it is about Katy Perry, but Taylor’s explanation of the song made it pretty clear that it was about Katy Perry. The song is named “Bad Blood” in her new album. It speaks how she started this ugly feud out of nothing and how she made it worse to a point that there is no going back to peace now. It says Taylor is not ready for peace with her either. So the feud continues. Maybe Katy will release a song hashing Taylor too.
Taylor Swift Throws Shade at an Unknown Celebrity in ASOS Interview
ASOS magazine conducted an interview with Taylor Swift for an article in their upcoming January 2015 issue of the magazine. There were a lot of adorable photos as well. Check the photos on her Facebook fanpage. However what interested most was some critique Taylor had to make about an unknown celebrity. Maybe it is not directed at a single celebrity specifically.
“A lot of ‘celebrities’ surround themselves with these very chic cling-ons who don’t really have much of a job or a passion, they follow around their celebrity BFF and provide constant affirmation for them and I’m really not interested in that kind of deal.”
This could be about anybody–and a few names pop in my head as I read this. But this is not my place to judge. Maybe you can shed some light into this matter. If you know more about this leave a comment below.
