The video introduces us to a handful of doggy characters who are starring in the video. Pugs, Collies, German Shepherds, Poms and a bunch of other breeds make appearances in the story.

The lyrics to “Kissing Strangers” aren’t that complicated.

I’m just trying to make my way on through the concrete jungle
Who walks with me?
Oh yeah trying to find connection in two-thousand something, ain’t easy

The songs describes the singer’s desperation to find his true love. The city may be filled with people, but it’s no easy task to spot The One. ‘Concrete jungle’ is a reference to the city filled with buildings and it equals to a jungle in the sense that people have become pretty much animals.

Nicki Minaj’s verses are spit-fire:

I got a boy that I kinda like
This is a kiss-kiss, tongue him down kind of night
He got that mmmm, mmmm, hard got that China white
He got that bomb, I think I’mma call him dynamite
I gotta lotta sons, I could show you all the sonograms
Me? I’m Jem, and these bitches is the holograms

The above lines are just cheesy romantic lines of the girl meeting the guy of her dreams. The meaning of these lines are pretty self-explanatory.
