Ariana Grande Premiers “Breathin” Music Video (Watch)
Ariana Grande premiered the much-awaited music video for “Breathin” from her ‘Sweetener’ album. The song was released worldwide a couple of weeks back and received much appreciation from the critiques on the subject discussed in the song. In the new video, Ariana Grande looks absolutely stunning as she draws a picture of a clouded mind.
Ariana Grande is not having a good year in 2018. She ended her relationship with rapper Mac Miller and got into and engaged with comedian Pete Davidson. Mac Miller died on a drug overdose a month later. Ariana Grande was devastated as she penned a heartfelt message to her former ex. Later, in November, things went southside with Pete Davidson and they called off their engagement and relationship. Ariana Grande went on to release the big hit “thank u, next” talking about how she has grown or learnt from all her relationships and is looking forward for the next.
Ariana Grande wrote “Breathin” to be about anxiety and all the emotions that you go through when you get an attack. The video displays the blur of people, clouded heads, and smoke-filled rooms to portray what anxiety feels like. We are sure that Ariana had her own fair share of anxiety attacks this year.
The new video is directed by Hannah Lux Davis, and contained a single caption “i love you.”
