Ariana Grande may have had a her heart stomped on in 2018, but this has not stopped her from producing record breaking hits and also spearheading her ‘Sweetener World Tour’ in 2019.
“break up with your girlfriend, i’m bored” is the third single off of her surprise album ‘thank u, next’ inspired by the rollercoaster of a personal life Ari endured in 2018. She broke up with her longterm boyfriend rapper Mac Miller and she got engaged to comedian Pete Davidson which was called off soon after with a humiliating break up. In the meantime, rapper Mac Miller overdosed and passed away which pretty much crushed Ariana Grande.

Since the release of the hit in 2019, this is the first time she has performed the song on a live stage. Her concert in Boston of the ongoing ‘Sweetener’ World Tour became the first live showcase of the song.
During the live performance, Ariana Grande was assisted by long-haired guy and three other couples, all dressed in red, to choreograph the song. There were 4 chairs involved in the act which helped the couples to engage in some sultry actions with their partners.
