The song leaked online in the latter part of 2020, and the full song was officially released on January 15, 2021.

“34+45 (Remix)” Lyrics Meaning and Song Review
The remix of the song does not fall far off of the original. In fact, the remix adds more direct sexual references as opposed to the subliminals that were in the original.
In Ariana Grande’s verse, she sings about how she is craving sex with the man she loves. It might even seem crazy to someone else, but she wants it bad. She does seem to put a lot of effort to keep her sexual presence in the optimum levels: eating healthy, working out, drinking coffee so that she won’t fall asleep all night, and even keeping herself squeaky clean!
In the second verse by Doja Cat, she piles up to Ari’s cravings. She sings how she wants an overnight haul with her man too. When he comes over, he brings his overnight bag too, because they will be going all night. Doja says that her neighbors hear clapping sounds all night long. But they are not clapping with their hands!
Doja Cat also makes a reference to New York rapper 6ix9ine’s previous stage name; Tekashi69, as ’69’ is the running theme of the song.
In the third verse by Megan Thee Stallion, she raps about how she is a bad girl in need of that good action. She sings about the dance style Cancan which has signature moves of the women throwing their legs up in the air whilst wearing dresses. Putting a woman’s legs up is a popular sexual position and so is this dance style considered to be somewhat erotic.
Megan Thee Stallion also raps how she takes care of herself when she is by herself. DIY is an acronym for ‘Do It Yourself,’ a popular video category that instructs people how to do something on their own–usually household chores.
After all these sexual references, Ariana Grande jumps in on the outro of the remix to say that the song title “34+35” stands for ’69’ which is a sexual position for oral sex. Maybe these boys are too hot and too stupid to do the math by themselves. So, Ariana Grande breaks it down for them, because she has no time to waste!
