Kanye West Premiers First Track “Wolves” From Upcoming Album

Kanye West is on a mission in 2015. He is going full on Yeezy mode for the release of his upcoming seventh studio album. The first single we got to listen to off of the upcoming album was “Only One” featuring Sir Paul McCartney. Although, not from Kanye’s album, we saw him do a great job on “FourFiveSeconds” single in collaboration with Rihanna and Paul McCartney. Now he is back with more of his album news. “Wolves” is the first song off the tracklist of the upcoming album. What’s more? We get to hear Sia’s unique voice on this track too.

The track most likely speaks about Kanye’s love life. “Lost and beat up” when Kanye lost his first wife Donda West. Then he goes “I found you, somewhere out”, most likely refers to his current wife Kim Kardashian.

Kanye also speaks about his little daughter. “If mama knew now, how you turned out”, says Kanye, speaking about North West. Here ‘mama’ obviously refers to Kanye’s late ex-wife Donda West.

Sia joins in on “Wolves” towards the latter part of the track, giving out most likely Kim Kardashian’s perspective.

I was lost and, beat up
Turned out, burned up
You found me, through a heartache
Knowin’, you were drawn in

Kim Kardashian has had her share of bad relationships. I’m happy to see that Kimye relationship is working out so well. So as the song says, before she met Kanye West, she was lost, beat up and burned up by her past boyfriends. But he found her, while he was devastated (‘heartache’)from the untimely death of his ex-wife. It’s as if the universe put them together.

The upcoming album of Kanye will most likely be the most emotional work he had done so far. The two songs we witnessed as of now are both quite emotional and speaks about his personal life. He is opening up. Hope his fans are ready to welcome this new side of Kanye West.
