Sia has premiered a new music video to “The Greatest” single that was released a couple days ago. The new music video also features Maddie Ziegler who has been appearing in Sia’s music videos for a long time. As usual, Sia and Maddie delivers to their best in the song and the visuals.
“The Greatest” single features a verse by Kendrick Lamar which has been taken out in the music video. Still, the song strikes to us as a energetic and uplifting track. High octane movements by Maddie Ziegler helps the theme.

It’s interesting how Sia contradicts herself in the lyrics of “The Greatest.” She says she is running out of breath and then she says she got stamina. We would believe it’s her inner-self telling her to keep running and disregard the temporary pain in pursuit of permanent glory. Another obstacle in her way? No problem, because she’s got the willpower to conquer it.

I’m free to be the greatest, I’m alive
This line from the song is quite inspirational. We live in a world full of freedom to do what we want. It’s only ourselves that keep us from achieving the greatness and this song empowers you to believe in yourself and achieve your dreams, because you are alive!
