Marian Hill has released her latest single titled “Back To Me” after their debut album ‘ACT ONE’ release this year. That album was a complete solo effort and this new single features Fifth Harmony’s Lauren Jauregui. So Marian Hill maybe looking at expanding their horizons. The new single “Back To Me” is EDM infused and smooth and groovy.
Marian Hill is a combination of the vocalist-Samantha Gongol and producer-Jeremy Lloyd, who has produced this track as well.

The song may not sound much on the first couple of listens, but it certainly grows on you. Give it a try.
Samantha Gongol starts off the vocals on verse 1;

I don’t know what exactly, but it’s boring
Play it cool, but I see through it…
The writers of the song (also the three artists involved in vocals and production) say that it’s just a “sexy song without being too cliche about it.”
The chorus of the song is quite catchy;
Love to watch you try and turn your back to me
When I know that any minute you’ll be back to me

In a way the lyrics say that the guy will undoubtedly come back to her. Or has he even left yet? Because the song says that she would love to see him try to leave her. There’s a certain level of empowerment hidden in these lyrics veiled with a coating of sexiness.
