Returning from her breakout “Juice” single and video, Lizzo is ready to show what she really can accomplish as an artist. In the latest single “Cuz I Love You,” the 30-year-old Melissa Jefferson AKA Lizzo delivers a stunning vocal performance. The music video, too, portrays an emotional act.
The new single “Cuz I Love You” is a part of her upcoming third studio album of the same name. For now, we only have received the lead single and video “Juice,” in which she sings about self-confidence. A poignant personality, 2019 could really be Lizzo’s year as we await her third studio album.
In the song “Cuz I Love You,” Lizzo sings about being in an one-sided love. She has fallen hard for this man, and presumably he is not interested. This has Lizzo breaking down and begging for his love.

Lizzo premiered the song and the video on February 14th, as a Valentine’s Day gift to her fans; “My gift to you is this music video! I hope it tastes like chocolate and flowers, baby. Wouldn’t it be amazing to get #CuzILoveYou trending?! I’m RTing ALL DAY💋.”
Her upcoming album is set to contain 11 songs and it is expected on April 19, 2019. We can expect a lot more body-confidence, self-confidence and romantically-inclined songs in this tracklist Who else is excited for this brand new chapter by Lizzo?
