The album had three singles, “Yummy” released in December 2019, “Get Me” released in January 2020, and “Intentions” released in February 2020. In the trailer for the upcoming documentary about his life, Justin Bieber spoke about the upcoming album; “I feel like this album is different from the previous ones just because of where I am at in my life.”

Justin Bieber plays the role of a psychiatrist in these lyrics by talking about pent up frustration. He says that he understands that everyone can have their bad days. But it is not good to keep these frustrations bottled up inside you as it could push to a breaking point.
Bieber invites his lady to talk it out with him. If she doesn’t want to talk it out, they can use their bodies to spend that bottled energy up. It’s always good to let out steam and be stress-free.
