Two of the big winners of MTV VMAs 2017-Ed Sheeran and Lil Uzi Vert got together to perform two of their hit singles last night in a beautiful medley. Ed Sheeran performed a solo “Shape Of You” with his acoustic guitar and Lil Uzi Vert joined to perform “XO Tour Llif3” single. Two artists of two calibers brought together in one stage is what music can do for the world.
Ed Sheeran won the coveted ‘Artist Of the Year‘ award thanks to his latest 2017 album ‘Divide.’ At the same time, Lil Uzi Vert managed to bag another coveted awar-‘Song Of Summer’ for “XO Tour Llif3” from ‘Luv Is Rage 1.5’ album released this year. It was an unlikely collaboration, but it did work out.

Ed Sheeran helped Lil Uzi perform “XO Tour Llif3” with his acoustic guitar and the crowd looked impressed. The difference of the two personalities were apparent as Uzi Vert was running around the stage and engaging with the audience. Ed Sheeran stood his ground, wore a big smile on his face and played his guitar till the end during “XO Tour Llif3” act. He literally let Lil Uzi Vert have the stage for himself.
Now fans are requesting for a Ed Sheeran-Lil Uzi Vert collaboration.
