Eminem is back on the scene with his latest album ‘Revival‘ and it is pure fire. The album lead in first week sales with 132,000 copies, becoming the second fastest selling album after Ed Sheeran’s ‘Divide.’ That is something impressive, considering some highly anticipated albums such as Taylor Swift’s ‘Reputation,’ Sam Smith’s ‘The Thrill of It All,’ Kendrick Lamar’s ‘DAMN.,’ and Imagine Dragon’s ‘Evolve’ were released this year.
Today, Eminem released the music video for one of the singles of ‘Revival’ album. “Walk On Water” stirred some controversy as Eminem confesses that he is not a god or invisible. He says he can walk on water, only when the water freezes over and this is also captured in the music video quite eerily.
“Walk On Water” is one of the tracks with a featuring artist on the album and Beyonce performs a haunting chorus for the song.

But only when it freezes
However, it is noteworthy that Beyonce does not appear in the visuals of the song. The voice is enough!

The song constantly speaks about how bars have been set so high for himself-he partly blames himself for that. In line with that, the video shows several Eminems working on typewriters trying to come up with the next hottest lyrics-but it all seems gibberish until the end. Towards the end of the video, one Eminem is shown typing some sensible sentences and it turns out to be the last bit of “Stan,” one of Eminem’s greatest musical works ever. And he regains confidence and spits out “Bitch, I wrote Stan.”
Eminem premiered his new beard in this music video for the first time and he looks younger.
