“Thotiana” track appears in Blueface’s 2018 album ‘Famous Cryp.’ The song is Blueface’s most popular to-date and is about to take him to new heights with this new action. The remix was initially teased on Blueface’s Instagram page as a live story on February 6, 2019.
The word ‘thotiana’ has been derrived from the slang word ‘thot’ which stands to mean ‘that hottie over there.’ This word is often used as a compliment towards a hot woman.
And now there is a new verse by Cardi B on “Thotiana” remix and its very explicit and very impressive. Cardi B goes into explicit details of her sexual prowess and her sexuality. She also taps on her motherhood, calling her a ‘mommiana.’
However, towards the end of her verse, Cardi B drops a subliminal attack on Nicki Minaj: it seems.

Cardi B and Nicki Minaj have been at each other’s throats since 2018. Both have fired ‘subliminal’ shots at each other in their songs such as “No Limit” by G-Eazy featuring Nicki Minaj, “Motorsport” by Migos featuring both Nicki and Cardi and “Dip” by Tyga where Cardi B and Nicki have featured on. They even got into a physical brawl at the New York Fashion Week (NYFW) 2018. Now Cardi B thinks Nicki is just being petty because she is losing her grasp on the #1 positions as the best female hip-hop/rapper artist. Cardi B did manage to win ‘Best Rap Album‘ for ‘Invasion of Privacy’ at 2019 Grammy Awards.
Cardi B also fires a shot at “Plain Jane” remix Nicki did on A$AP Ferg’s track. Cardi compares her sexual prowess to be very high, where as Nicki’s to be ‘plain.’

The Cole Bennett directed video has Blueface and Cardi B getting down to the beat. Blueface flaunts a stack of cash while Cardi B dresses cowboy and makes some exotic dance moves. Oftentimes, we see a bunch of dancers twerking for the screen.
The song is already blowing up. The music video and remix released on Feb 16 has gathered over 6.5 million views within 48 hours. The Cardi B vs Nicki Minaj rival is definitely helping Blueface.
